What are the next steps to sign up as a Rep?
You’ll need to complete the ‘Become a Rep’ form. After this, we’ll send your details to an Area Manager or Sales Leader near you. We'll be in touch to arrange an appointment, this can be either face to face or online, where we'll tell you more about Avon and get you up and running.
How do I get started?
On your appointment you’ll be talked through a ‘Starter Kit’. There are three to choose from, starting from just £15. The kit includes products and tools to help you get up and running with Avon. You’ll need to order your kit on appointment which will then be charged to your Rep account.
What do I get?
You’ll get to choose which Starter Kit best suits you. All kits come with a choice of business tools to help support you. There are three kits which offer great value on products so you can demo and show them off to customers.
Can I change my mind?
Even after you're appointed as a Rep if you change your mind just contact your Area Manager. All kits are returnable in full only (including all business tools). We’ll take into consideration when brochures or customer order forms have been used. You must inform the Sales Service Centre within 14 days from delivery and return the kit to Avon within 21 days from the date of the notice to the Sales Service Centre.

Do I have to work a set number of hours?
No, as a Rep you are self-employed and it's your own business. You choose the hours you want to work, so it's perfect for fitting in around your other commitments.

Do I have to pay a joining fee?
When you apply to become a Rep there's nothing to pay upfront. The admin fee of £16 will only be charged to your Rep account after you've placed your first order - this will be split into £10 in your first campaign and £6 in your second campaign.

When you're appointed you'll get brochures for your first two campaigns so you can get started straight away. You'll also have access to a dedicated call centre, digital tools to help grow your business and online training.
Can I change my mind?
Even after you're appointed as a Rep if you change your mind just contact your Area Manager, and of course you don't pay the admin fee unless you have placed your first order.
