Our recruitment team will arrange a convenient time to discuss this role in more detail with you. This will ensure you fully understand the day to day accountabilities of the role and answer any questions around the compensation package you may have.
Stage 2
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS
Area Managers at Avon report to the Division Managers in their day to day job. You will be invited to attend an interview with the Division Manager and you will be asked to present a short five minute introduction to the Division Manager.
Stage 3
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE FIELD TRIP
There is no better way for you to experience this role than to shadow an Area Manager while they go out and about their work and learn how they actually spend their days.
