Shopping online with Avon is all about choice. And that's why we let you decide the delivery option that works best for you:
FREE Delivery
Enjoy free direct delivery when you spend £25 or more.
Standard Delivery
£3.50 - receive your order between 2 to 5 days.
Next Day Delivery
£4.95 - order before 5pm to enjoy next day delivery (Monday – Friday, excluding bank and public holidays). If you miss the 5pm deadline, don’t worry. We’ll be sure to dispatch your order within 2 working days.
Delivery Details
Here’s everything you need to know about direct delivery:
- Your order will be delivered through Evri.
- If you’re not in, Evri will leave a card telling you how you can collect your order.
- We'll also email to let you know how you can track the progress of your order.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver outside of the UK. To purchase Avon products outside the UK, simply check out our Global Directory. To find your local website, simply select your region followed by your country.
ParcelShop
Not going to be in? Choose to pick up your parcel from your local shop via Evri ParcelShop. With ParcelShop you can choose between either Standard Delivery or Express delivery. ParcelShop orders are delivered within 3-5 working days.

- Simply enter you postcode on the ‘Find your local Representative’ page
- Select a Representative who suits you
- Say hello and start shopping!
Already know your Representative?
- Go to Find your local Representative
- Enter their name or contact details in the ‘Know who you’re looking for?’ area
- Select your Representative's profile
- Reconnect and start shopping!
How do I return or replace a product?
